Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits stay in your balance on both monthly and yearly plans. Each month’s credits are added on top.
When do I receive yearly credits?
Yearly plans are paid annually. You receive 1,000 credits on Starter or 3,000 on Creator after payment, then the same allowance each month during your paid year. Unused credits roll over.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund within 7 days of a purchase or renewal if none of its credits have been used. Once those credits are used, that purchase can’t be refunded. See our refund policy.
Who handles payments?
Whop, our payment provider, handles checkout and billing. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
Can I use the images commercially?
The Creator plan includes the service’s commercial license. You still need rights to your photos and any third-party content. Branded styles are for personal use unless you have the relevant rights.
