The moment you utilize any subscription credits or features, the full subscription value is considered consumed, and refunds cannot be issued.

3. Refund Eligibility for Unused Subscriptions

You have not used any subscription credits or accessed any premium features. This means:

  • No images have been uploaded or transformed

Partial Billing Periods

Account Violations

If you signed up for a free trial and forgot to cancel before it converted to a paid subscription:

  • Trial conversion email reminders are sent 3 days before the trial ends
